I. DISPOZITA T\u00cb P\u00cbRGJITHSHME<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nNeni 1<\/strong>
\nMe k\u00ebt\u00eb Rregullore p\u00ebrshkruhet m\u00ebnyra dhe procedura p\u00ebr kund\u00ebrshtimet p\u00ebr shkeljet e supozuara t\u00eb rregullave p\u00ebr fushat\u00ebn zgjedhore nga neni 69-\u0430, p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs zgjedhore t\u00eb parashtruesve t\u00eb listave nga neni 148 dhe t\u00eb zgjedh\u00ebsve nga neni 149 dhe 149-\u0430, n\u00eb lidhje me nenin 147 dhe p\u00ebr anulimin dhe p\u00ebrs\u00ebritjen e votimit nga neni 151 i Kodit zgjedhor.<\/p>\n

Neni 2<\/strong>
\nQ\u00ebllimi i Rregullores \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb:
\n– siguroj\u00eb shqyrtim dhe vendimmarrje t\u00eb pavarur, t\u00eb paanshme dhe t\u00eb drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr l\u00ebnd\u00ebt lidhur me zgjedhjet;
\n– rregulloj\u00eb form\u00ebn dhe p\u00ebrmbajtjen e kund\u00ebrshtimit dhe t\u00eb sqarohet m\u00ebnyra e parashtrimit t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtimit te Komisioni shtet\u00ebror i zgjedhjeve;
\n– rregulloj\u00eb procedur\u00ebn p\u00ebr regjistrimin e kund\u00ebrshtimeve, m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e kontrollit t\u00eb d\u00ebshmive, kqyrjen n\u00eb materialin zgjedhor, njoftimin e pal\u00ebve t\u00eb interesuara dhe publikut, procedurat p\u00ebr analiz\u00ebn dhe vendimmarrjen p\u00ebr kund\u00ebrshtimet, anulimin dhe p\u00ebrs\u00ebritjen e votimit;
