P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebllim, pal\u00ebt kontraktuese ran\u00eb dakord t\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb n\u00ebnshkrimin e marr\u00ebveshjes p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrlidhjen dhe shk\u00ebmbimin e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave nd\u00ebrmjet institucioneve gjyq\u00ebsore, organeve shtet\u00ebrore dhe institucioneve p\u00ebrmes Platform\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr
