mbahen \u00e7do kat\u00ebr vjet n\u00eb muajin mars, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 n\u00ebse caktohen zgjedhje t\u00eb parakohshme. 150 an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Dhom\u00ebs s\u00eb P\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve zgjidhen me lista t\u00eb hapura, me model proporcional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00ebzhgimi i zgjedhjeve u realizua me mb\u00ebshtetjen e Fondacionit Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr Sisteme Zgjedhore
