Kryetari i Komisionit Shtet\u00ebror t\u00eb Zgjedhjeve, Aleksandar Dashtevski, sot mbajti fjalim n\u00eb forumin \u201cOrganizatat civile dhe zgjedhjet\u201d, ku mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb sektorit civil dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb institucioneve shtet\u00ebrore. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 presidentit Dashtevski, me fjal\u00eb p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndet\u00ebse forumin e hap\u00ebn edhe z\u00ebvend\u00ebs shefja e misionit t\u00eb OSBE-s\u00eb n\u00eb Shkup, Suzan Penksa, Xhevahire Pruthi Zajazi, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese e Ambasad\u00ebs Zvicerane n\u00eb Shkup dhe Ioana Kozma, drejtoresh\u00eb e IFES-it n\u00eb Shkup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb forum u diskutuan sfidat dhe mund\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarrjen e organizatave t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile n\u00eb procesin zgjedhor, pengesat dhe zgjidhjet p\u00ebr rritjen e pjes\u00ebmarrjes s\u00eb grupeve m\u00eb pak t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuara n\u00eb procesin zgjedhor, si dhe sfidat dhe mund\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim nd\u00ebrmjet organizatave t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb grupet t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb synuara, si dhe nd\u00ebrmjet organizatave t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile dhe institucioneve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb procesin zgjedhor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kryetari Dashtevski shprehu mir\u00ebnjohje p\u00ebr misionin e OSBE-s\u00eb n\u00eb Shkup dhe IFES-in q\u00eb identifikuan nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar k\u00ebt\u00eb tem\u00eb sepse kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb e mir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb shk\u00ebmbyer p\u00ebrvojat nga ciklet e kaluara zgjedhore dhe kryq\u00ebzimin e njohurive dhe praktikave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 \u201cNe si institucion prej vitesh kemi b\u00ebr\u00eb progres n\u00eb sigurimin e kushteve p\u00ebr ushtrimin pa probleme t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs s\u00eb vot\u00ebs p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e kategorive t\u00eb ndryshme, personat me aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb kufizuara, votuesit e rinj, grat\u00eb dhe kategorit\u00eb e ndryshme t\u00eb moshave , zgjedh\u00ebsit e nacionaliteteve t\u00eb ndryshme, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me kompetencat dhe mund\u00ebsit\u00eb ligjore. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00ebllim, dua t\u00eb fal\u00ebnderoj organizatat me t\u00eb cilat kemi bashk\u00ebpunuar deri m\u00eb tani dhe s\u00eb bashku kemi krijuar nj\u00eb praktik\u00eb q\u00eb nga nj\u00ebra an\u00eb ishte n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me nevojat e qytetar\u00ebve dhe nga ana tjet\u00ebr ishte dometh\u00ebn\u00ebse p\u00ebr ne q\u00eb kemi mund\u00ebsuar progres n\u00eb procesin zgjedhor. \u201d theksoi Kryetari Dashtevski n\u00eb fjalimin e tij n\u00eb forum. N\u00eb fund t\u00eb fjalimit t\u00eb tij, Dashtevski apeloi p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfshirje m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb organizatave t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile n\u00eb krijimin e politikave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDuke marr\u00eb parasysh p\u00ebrkushtimin ton\u00eb p\u00ebr trajtim t\u00eb barabart\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve si dhe synimin ton\u00eb p\u00ebr zhvillimin e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb drejta, t\u00eb lira dhe demokratike, theksoj se jemi t\u00eb hapur p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim me t\u00eb gjitha pal\u00ebt e interesuara n\u00eb procesin zgjedhor\u201d, tha Dashtevski.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Komisioni Shtet\u00ebror i Zgjedhjeve ishte bashk\u00eborganizator i Forumit \u201cOrganizatat Civile dhe Zgjedhjet\u201d s\u00eb bashku me Misionin e OSBE-s\u00eb n\u00eb Shkup dhe IFES-in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
