N\u00eb takim u konfirmua p\u00ebrkushtimi p\u00ebr forcimin e koordinimit nd\u00ebrmjet KSHZ-s\u00eb dhe nj\u00ebsive t\u00eb vet\u00ebqeverisjes lokale, me fokus n\u00eb zgjidhjen sistematike t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me realizimin tekniko-operativ t\u00eb aktiviteteve zgjedhore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb takim, nga ana e an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Komisionit u theksua se nd\u00ebrlidhja e nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet KSHZ-s\u00eb dhe komunave \u00ebsht\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore p\u00ebr nj\u00eb proces zgjedhor t\u00eb suksessh\u00ebm, ku KSHZ-ja udh\u00ebheq organizimin e p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00ebsit\u00eb e vet\u00ebqeverisjes lokale jan\u00eb partneri kryesor n\u00eb sigurimin e kushteve t\u00eb nevojshme n\u00eb terren. Kryetari i KSHZ-s\u00eb, Mari\u00e7iq, theksoi se periudha pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb Zgjedhjeve Lokale 2025, n\u00eb prag t\u00eb raportit zyrtar nga OSBE\/ODIHR, paraqet momentin m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb konstruktive t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha konstatimeve t\u00eb deritanishme. Sipas tij, angazhimi p\u00ebrfundimtar \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb m\u00ebsimet e nxjerra t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohen n\u00eb zgjidhje t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme sistemore, t\u00eb cilat do ta forcojn\u00eb m\u00eb tej efikasitetin si t\u00eb KSHZ-s\u00eb ashtu edhe t\u00eb komunave n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kryetari i BNJVL-s\u00eb dhe nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht kryetar i Qytetit t\u00eb Shkupit, Orce Gjorgjievski, shprehu gatishm\u00ebri dhe hapje t\u00eb plot\u00eb p\u00ebr dialog me q\u00ebllim tejkalimin e sfidave t\u00eb deritanishme, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb ato t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrs\u00ebriten n\u00eb ciklet e ardhshme zgjedhore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kryetari Mari\u00e7iq theksoi se KSHZ-ja dhe komunat duhet t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb forcojn\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimin, me \u00e7\u2019rast, si hap thelb\u00ebsor drejt formalizimit dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimit t\u00eb tij, ai inicioi n\u00ebnshkrimin e nj\u00eb Memorandumi p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim strategjik, i cili, sipas tij, do t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb si baz\u00eb p\u00ebr partneritet dhe koordinim afatgjat\u00eb me q\u00ebllim efektivitet dhe efikasitet m\u00eb t\u00eb madh gjat\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjeve dhe zbatimit t\u00eb procesit zgjedhor.
