{"id":47152,"date":"2026-03-17T14:41:44","date_gmt":"2026-03-17T13:41:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sec.mk\/?p=47152"},"modified":"2026-03-17T14:50:29","modified_gmt":"2026-03-17T13:50:29","slug":"kshz-zbatueshmeria-operative-e-ndryshimeve-ne-kodin-zgjedhor-eshte-thelbesore-per-integritetin-e-procesit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sec.mk\/sq\/kshz-zbatueshmeria-operative-e-ndryshimeve-ne-kodin-zgjedhor-eshte-thelbesore-per-integritetin-e-procesit\/","title":{"rendered":"KSHZ: Zbatueshm\u00ebria operative e ndryshimeve n\u00eb Kodin Zgjedhor \u00ebsht\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore p\u00ebr integritetin e procesit"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Kryetari i Komisionit Shtet\u00ebror t\u00eb Zgjedhjeve, Bojan Mari\u00e7iq, n\u00ebnkryetari Abdush Demiri dhe an\u00ebtari i Komisionit Angell\u00e7o Ristov, mbajt\u00ebn nj\u00eb takim pune me ministrin e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, Igor Fillkov, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin tema diskutimi ishin ndryshimet e ardhshme n\u00eb legjislacionin zgjedhor dhe nevoja p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfshirje aktive t\u00eb KSHZ-s\u00eb n\u00eb proces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjat\u00eb takimit, an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Komisionit theksuan se zgjidhja e re ligjore duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb teknikisht e realizueshme dhe operativisht e q\u00ebndrueshme, dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye KSHZ-ja, si institucion p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr mbajtjen e zgjedhjeve, duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb aktive n\u00eb shqyrtimin e \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me implementimin e Kodit Zgjedhor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjithashtu, udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsia e KSHZ-s\u00eb theksoi se tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur nj\u00eb material profesional q\u00eb ofron zgjidhje konkrete p\u00ebr tejkalimin e sfidave t\u00eb identifikuara sistemore n\u00eb relizimin e zgjedhjeve.
