Kryetari i Komisionit Shtet\u00ebror t\u00eb Zgjedhjeve (KSHZ), Bojan Mari\u00e7iq dhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e Komisionit, Svetllana Karapetrova, Ditmire Shehu dhe Boris Kondarko, mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb n\u00eb ngjarjen e organizuar nga Komisioni Shtet\u00ebror p\u00ebr Parandalimin e Korrupsionit (KSHPK) dhe IFES, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn u prezantuan Raportet e ve\u00e7anta p\u00ebr financimin e fushatave p\u00ebr Zgjedhjet Lokale 2025 dhe Zgjedhjet e p\u00ebrs\u00ebritura 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kryetari i KSHPK-s\u00eb, z. Adem \u00c7u\u00e7ul, i cili prezantoi gjetjet e detajuara nga raportet, theksoi se ligjshm\u00ebria e burimeve t\u00eb financimit t\u00eb fushatave dhe shpenzimi i tyre i dedikuar jan\u00eb parakushte themelore p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gar\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb politike midis pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve n\u00eb fushat\u00ebn zgjedhore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim, \u00c7u\u00e7ul theksoi r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e bashk\u00ebpunimit nd\u00ebrinstitucional dhe se KSHPK-ja, s\u00eb bashku me KSHZ-n\u00eb, n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb kompetencave t\u00eb tyre ligjore t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuara me Ligjin p\u00ebr Parandalimin e Korrupsionit dhe Konfliktit t\u00eb Interesit dhe Kodin Zgjedhor, bashk\u00ebpunojn\u00eb me sukses n\u00eb parandalimin dhe luftimin e korrupsionit gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb procesit zgjedhor. Kjo lidhje institucionale \u00ebsht\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore p\u00ebr krijimin e nj\u00eb sistemi efikas monitorimi, i cili zbatohet nga momenti i shpalljes s\u00eb zgjedhjeve deri n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin e tyre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Konkluzioni i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt i ngjarjes \u00ebsht\u00eb se vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrmes bashk\u00ebpunimit t\u00eb fort\u00eb nd\u00ebrinstitucional dhe qasjes s\u00eb koordinuar mund t\u00eb sigurohet parandalim efektiv i veprimeve korruptive. KSHZ-ja dhe KSHPK-ja mbeten t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuara p\u00ebr forcimin e k\u00ebtij partneriteti, me q\u00ebllim sigurimin e transparenc\u00ebs dhe llogaridh\u00ebnies demokratike, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore p\u00ebr besimin e qytetar\u00ebve n\u00eb ligjshm\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe legjitimitetin e procesit zgjedhor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
