Kryetari i Komisionit Shtet\u00ebror t\u00eb Zgjedhjeve (KSHZ), Bojan Mari\u00e7iq, dhe n\u00ebnkryetari Abdush Demiri zhvilluan nj\u00eb takim pune me z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministrin e par\u00eb dhe ministrin p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje evropiane, Bekim Sali, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin u theksua p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt institucionale p\u00ebr avancimin e ambientit demokratik dhe p\u00ebr miratimin n\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshimeve n\u00eb Kodin Zgjedhor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsia e KSHZ-s\u00eb e informoi z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministrin e par\u00eb p\u00ebr aktivitetet aktuale dhe p\u00ebrparimin e arritur, t\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar n\u00eb Raportin e OSBE\/ODIHR-it p\u00ebr Zgjedhjet Lokale 2025. N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb bised\u00ebs, KSHZ-ja theksoi nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetje ndaj propozim-ndryshimeve t\u00eb Kodit Zgjedhor para z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministrit Sali, si nj\u00eb hap esencial p\u00ebr plot\u00ebsimin e boshll\u00ebqeve ligjore dhe p\u00ebr harmonizim t\u00eb plot\u00eb me rekomandimet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb OSBE\/ODIHR-it. Bashk\u00ebbiseduesit u pajtuan se k\u00ebto reforma, t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb plot\u00ebsisht  rekomandimet e OSBE\/ODIHR-it, jan\u00eb kontribut i drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb drejt p\u00ebrmbushjes e Agjend\u00ebs Reformuese evropiane dhe jan\u00eb n\u00eb interes t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve dhe shtetit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Z\u00ebvend\u00ebskryeministri i par\u00eb dhe ministri p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje evropiane, Bekim Sali, n\u00eb takim theksoi se Qeveria e ndjek me vigjilenc\u00eb procesin e ndryshimeve t\u00eb Kodit Zgjedhor dhe mbetet fuqimisht e p\u00ebrkushtuar p\u00ebr realizimin e reformave sipas dinamik\u00ebs s\u00eb parapar\u00eb, me q\u00ebllim forcimin e m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm t\u00eb standardeve demokratike dhe sigurimin e kushteve p\u00ebr procese zgjedhore legjitime. Ai shtoi se mb\u00ebshtetja p\u00ebr propozimet e KSHZ-s\u00eb p\u00ebr ndryshimin e Kodit Zgjedhor duhet t\u00eb vij\u00eb nga t\u00eb gjitha pal\u00ebt e interesuara dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb ky\u00e7e n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht kur b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr ndryshime q\u00eb fokusohen n\u00eb integritetin operativ dhe efikasitetin administrativ gjat\u00eb zbatimit t\u00eb zgjedhjeve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb takim, n\u00ebnkryetari i KSHZ-s\u00eb, Abdush Demiri, adresoi edhe sfidat aktuale t\u00eb Komisionit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat pritet mb\u00ebshtetje n\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe adekuate nga ana e Qeveris\u00eb, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat edhe pagesa e kompensimeve p\u00ebr organet zgjedhore n\u00eb komunat me xhirollogari t\u00eb bllokuara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00eb fund t\u00eb takimit, bashk\u00ebbiseduesit konfirmuan fokusin dhe p\u00ebrkushtimin e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt p\u00ebr finalizimin e ndryshimeve ligjore deri n\u00eb qershor  2026 dhe p\u00ebrmbushjen e obligimeve nga Agjenda e Reformave, t\u00eb cilat sjellin deri n\u00eb 4,2 milion\u00eb euro mjete nga BE-ja, t\u00eb dedikuara p\u00ebr harmonizim t\u00eb plot\u00eb me standardet evropiane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
